I’m in Grand Junction CO and you have no tire cleaning or tire shine and no towels or window cleaning solutions provided. Rarely are they staffed adequately. Rarely are there towels in the kiosks. Ultra rarely does the tire shine that I pay extra for actually apply tire shine. The last time I ran through it didn’t rinse my car and I was told by the attendant it was a dry wash. What does that even mean? I use the Morehead and Jacksonville locations and they are always spot on and are the only reason I haven’t dropped my subscription on multiple vehicles. I hope that management sees this reviews and reaches out to me, or at least makes the corrections needed. I also enjoyed receiving points to get money off my monthly car wash. Not happy that the spin win was removed and I can no longer win points for money off on my monthly subscription. Also not quite pleased at the price increase that has been implemented for a law-enforcement. Monthly membership prices have been steadily increasing and the app rewards helped offset the cost a tiny bit.
