Work directly with an American customer/consumer on this app and your PMS online. There are so many hiccups, it is not intuitive and the terminology is not how we communicate here. This app tells you sometimes when you have a message. When you go into the app to find it, it doesn’t tell you 9/10 times where it’s coming from. So you click through every option and the red dot on the app MIGHT go away.

The online PMS is a whole other pile of problems. Ex: there are three different places you can check in a guest, and all three places have a different term for the check in. WHY? Please work with somebody to make things intuitive, efficient and using clear and concise language. I will help if it will make life on the user side better.
