Lately it’s not recording health stats. I called service center and they still haven’t fixed it. I have 2 units for 2 different dogs. What would make a huge difference is a persistent badge on the app icon when the battery is running low. A visible reminder like that would help ensure users don’t accidentally head out with a dead tracker, especially for something as important as keeping tabs on a pet.
