My dog sometimes doesn’t pay attention to my voice commands but this whistler has a variety of pitches and she reacts to them.

Very confused

Okay so I have the app Dogo but you have to pay for it. Like What That's Crazy!!!!!!!!! And it told me to download Wistle so I did. Bad decision. Wish I didn't. Not User Friendly. Click bottom and make noise. Noooo!!! It's not as simple as it makes it look. It's like quietest thing EVER!!!!!! Hard to work with. But I can hear so good thing I guess??? I'm still trying to figure it out.
