However, every time it’s the same story. Sit on the phone for an egregious amount of time to get your account set up. Use the app as intended for a week or two. One day you will log in and face the dreaded notification “System error - The system was not available, please try again.” This error code stays for weeks, leaving you unable to access anything pertaining to your banking. Then when your account is deactivated for inactivity? Start back from square one. Wash, rinse, and repeat every time. Don’t waste your time with this useless app. Whitaker is a great bank, but their app is atrocious. Read through these reviews and see that they have not cared enough to address this for years. ### 2/5 — 😡 *2024-10-14, version 5.0.1* Mobile app has not worked in probably 5 days.
