Excellent with friendly information and good communication. Buses are brilliantly well kept. USB ports decent lighting, air con and heating are top notch too. The only problem is the prices of single trip fares. I strongly advise buying the multiple ticket packs for whichever service you’re using. There are some areas that need to depart on time, like in Ashford Hospital, they usually depart earlier than the scheduled time, which shows unrelieable time table.
