Bus tickets frequently fail to scan and constant delays.

The schedule is always inconsistent. There are some areas that need to depart on time, like in Ashford Hospital, they usually depart earlier than the scheduled time, which shows unrelieable time table. And please, update your app and website, it doesn't show any bus on the tracker, specifically 446 route!

this bus app is never accurate and the bus timings are always poor. it says the bus is due and then never shows up, then tells me it is at the next stop. sort it out please

I think it disgusting that the fare has gone up more then double. I won’t be getting it again if I can avoid it. You don’t even get anything for the extra charge. Day light robbery

What’s the point ?

Why can’t I pay my fare in the app? It’s got every imaginable season ticket but no actual single or return tickets for those of us who don’t have a regular journey.  Also the navigation on the app is not great. Managing favourites is clumsy and constantly being redirected to the web portal from the app is a joke.

The drivers are fantastic! Excellent with friendly information and good communication. Buses are brilliantly well kept. USB ports decent lighting, air con and heating are top notch too. The only problem is the prices of single trip fares. I strongly advise buying the multiple ticket packs for whichever service you’re using. It’ll save you a tonne of money!
