I am also glad to see that the developer has indeed implemented the back camera as well as giving us a choice of also using the front camera. I’m very pleased with this purchase. I will recommend it to others. The one thing I would like to see, added, is the ability for the app to tell us what objects we are actually approaching, especially when text and or speech mode, or both are enabled. It would be nice to know for example, if I am approaching a table, coat rack, wall, door, etc. other than that all of my previous comments still stand, I really like this app, and I find it very sensitive as far as detecting obstacles. That's how it should be honestly. And that's what the screenshots make it seem like it is, but it's really not for most people. It's just a front camera because most people don't have the Pro series iPhone, so it's a little misleading. For example, I have a pair of Jordan shoes when it looks at my symbols it thinks it’s a cat, lol. However, when walking around vibration is steady and perfect however, sometimes it does not detect boxes or mop buckets on the floor in the way. Sometimes it thinks that closets are refrigerators, LMFAO! Regardless, this is a great step forward can you please fix these tiny little bugs and this will be a five star and above app. ### 4/5 — Does not support family share *2024-01-26* This is a pretty cool app, but keep in mind. If you have a vision impairment you should get a phone with lidar otherwise don’t download. I compared it with eye guide and super lidar but this one beats both. Only thing does not work as well in dark setting without the flash. Also, objectt detection is not always accurate. This app is special, because it uses lidar to help avoid obstacles as opposed to only the phone camera like most apps. I appreciate the customization in the field of view for detection.
