The clothes having the name plastered in big lettering makes it seem cheap honestly. No way it should be 70$ for it to be only company name plastered. Shame. They have amazing products but they have no customer service and the shipping to the United States on standard will take over a month, and you won’t have clear updates on your package. They also will move your customer service request if they still haven’t replied in a week to the end of the queue when you follow up ### 3/5 — not a scam, just extremely slow *2025-05-23* i was supposed to receive my items within 7 business days, but it took closer to a full month which was really odd because they now have a u.s warehouse. the overall quality of the clothes is a hit or miss, the shirts i got have cute designs but feel like paper, but the lounge shorts have deep pockets (which is really rare to see in women's clothing) and the quality is pretty decent. overall, they DO deliver orders even if it takes forever. i feel like its overpriced for the quality you're paying for, but if you like the designs and don't mind waiting i'd say go for it. ### 4/5 — took longer than expected *2025-05-20, version 11.8* The hoodie i ordered was nice and fit true to size, shipping took 14 business days and I contacted customer service about my package taking longer than anticipated and they answered quickly so overall good business and cute clothes! ### 3/5 — Lots of opportunities for improvement *2025-04-06, version 11.6* While the app has improved alot since I’ve installed it about 2 years ago there’s still so much that can be done to perfect it. 1. Allow buyers to leave reviews of their purchases. This means the fit, true to size, stretchy, tight fit, lose fit, is the materiel soft, stiff, is the color true to picture. But not allowing buys to leave reviews it seems like white fox is too scared of people leaving bad reviews. If they’re so confident in their products there should only be gain from white fox to buyers of white fox. 2. I would suggest dedicating more designs into their swimsuit line. There are many beautiful options but much is left to be desired from their one pieces. 3. A mid- size model could broaden your consumer demographic greatly. @breannaivy is a perfect model for this role. I am no agent but her work for ‘myoutfitonline’ encouraged me and made me confident in my purchases with them. Then my store credit they they owed me for a return EXPIRED. So I’m out $120 for clothes I returned. Not to mention my return was only processed after I went on Instagram and wrote reviews on WF page because they claimed not to receive part of my return and refused to give me my money back. These place has predatory practices, and store credit expires after a year. ### 1/5 — they never sent my package *2025-02-24, version 11.5* I ordered a hoodie over 3 weeks ago and they still have not sent it out to the shipping center. They will not answer dhl express, they will not answer usps, and they will not answer my emails. ### 3/5 — Lengthy post apologies in advance *2025-02-18, version 11.5* I had never heard of white fox till my 14 year old daughter told me about it then she proceeded to asked for a sweatshirt for her birthday. So I down loaded there app and subscribed to get there email alerts. Which with doing so this would get 30% off my first purchase. So I ordered the sweatshirt my daughter picked and since I was getting “30% off “ I order myself one as well. Okay so I put my order through and the code for 30% off but it did not give me the discount so being that’s one of the main gifts my daughter wanted I went ahead and ordered them both. Bc I though I would be able to talk to someone and the could either give me a discount on my next purchase or just reimburse me for this. Did this happen!? Nope not only did i not get 30% off I was told I didn’t have a order with them. Mind you this is all via email!! Which I can not stand bc it’s not a person it’s a computer!! Okay whatever so I proceed to try to speak with someone bc now not only did I not get a discount as promised now I don’t have a order!! and YES of course I was already charged for this purchase!! Okay so this is a prime example why I hate computer generated emails or calls because after about 8 weeks I was shockingly supered to see a white fox bag laying on my porch!! So I did FINALLY received my order!! So I open the bag and the sweatshirts were great quality and very soft but the size is very very very large I got my self a med/ lg and I’m 5’4 140lbs and it was huge!! I got my daughter a sm/med and it was ginormous on her! So order down when ordering sweatshirt and sweat paint! Oh and the hoodies do not have front pockets!!! Even though the CSR “generated computer” was terrible I can not complain to much on the quality of the hoodies. Even though I had such a terrible experience the first time yes I did try them again months later and ordered a few of there cute t-shirts, tank top and sweatpants. My only advice on this is again order down (smaller) on sweatpants and T-shirt’s and tank tops run a little small. So I would order your exact size but don’t dry them or order a size bigger and if your dry them you’ll be okay. Also be ready to wait for at least a month to get your order!! So if it’s for a certain date order it well in advance. Not trying to down grade or talk badly of white fox just giving my true honest experience with this retailer! I never have send a review so this means a lot I was so excited to get my first hoodie because all of my friends have them! I got it in the wrong size and emailed to return. I then emailed them once again to say that the hoodie was soposed to be a Christmas present and it came a month after Christmas. I ordered it a month before. Then they said sense they got the email 3 days after the return policy I couldn’t return it becouse they read it 21 days after I sent the email! 😡😡😡😡😡the coustmer survive is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life! My mom owns a boutique so I know that the way they handled this was very immature for a big brand ### 1/5 — SCAM *2025-02-06, version 11.3* i placed an order for $140 worth of stuff and once i placed my order i never got a confirmation email. i went back to the app to check my order and the app made me remake my account, once i got logged back in my order just didn’t exist. so now white fox has $140 from me and no evidence of my order. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-02-06* I wanted to get a hoodie because many of my friends had white fox hoodies. I got 2 because I got the wrong size the first time and they were unable to change it. I understand that but not being able to cancel an order is a red flag. Then, during shipping, they charged me and extra 21 bucks per package. Surprise! There goes 40 bucks. Pricey and awful costumer service and everything about this scammy app. If you want a white fox hoodie, I would recommend trying to get it second hand first. ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service *2025-02-01, version 11.2* I have wrote many times for over two months because a hoodie I ordered came with pink dye all over it. They never get back to you, when they do they lie and try to spin you around I don’t even want a refund I just asked for a exchange and now it’s well over two months and nothing!!!!!!!!! Ive emailed, called, contacted on site and everything!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Beware of missing clothing with little recourse. *2026-08-17* I am a repeat buyer so I was shocked when I opened up a package and one of the baby tee's I ordered was missing. The missing tee size is no longer available. White Fox will however, as a "courtesy", give me credit for the money I paid them for the shirt I did not receive to order a different size, but I will not receive free shipping to place that order. If I choose to return the other shirts and go elsewhere to get matching shirts I will incur the return shipping fee, even though the error was on them. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I am only writing this review after multiple attempts of kindly asking them to help me to no avail. My oldest daughter is getting married, she several young teenage sisters, one with a significant disability, and this was for a sibling bachelor party they could have at home and everyone be included at home with them in her color scheme - it has really put a sour taste for White Fox for me. Not only did I receive the wrong item, but the customer service made the situation even worse. There was no real accountability for their mistake, no urgency, and no effort to make things right. I had a vacation coming up, and because of their error, I didn’t have the outfit I specifically ordered. The whole reason I shop online is for convenience and to have the clothes I need arrive on time. Instead, I was left dealing with a confusing return process and waiting for a resolution to a problem that wasn’t my fault. A simple apology isn’t enough when the company doesn’t offer a meaningful solution or show that they value their customers’ time. This was a frustrating and stressful experience from start to finish. First, they charge $9.95 just to exchange an item, which is already frustrating. Customer service has been completely unhelpful — I keep getting automated responses instead of real answers. Coincidentally, now that all the sales are over, my issue is still unresolved. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. Then, the status of the order changed from “Confirmed” to “Preparing”. I thought to return the order while it’s prepared so they don’t ship it since there is no a “cancellation” option. They canceled the 20% coupon of the new user although I never used it. They charged me $10 for a return label!!!!!! Which is really funny!!! They still have the hoodies, the hoodies aren’t shipped and they charge me for a return label!!! Totally crazy!! They also offer only a store credit, not a refund to the original payment method!!! A total SCAM!!!! Never again!!!!! ### 1/5 — Was Charged Without Consent & Was Offered Store Credit Only per Policy. *2025-08-13* I had store credit that I wanted to use & after wanting to complete a second purchase with Whitefox and looking over my shopping cart. I was not excepting that after selecting next it would direct me to the confirmation page where it charged me the FULL amount onto a payment method and shipping address that I did not agree to. PLEASE DELETE YOUR PAYMENT & SHIPPING METHOD IF YOU DONT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!! I contacted Whitefox via chat right away & of course due to the time difference they responded the following day saying they would attempt to cancel order but any refund issued per their policy would be returned with additional store credit. It’s so amazing!!! *2025-01-29* It’s really good and quality is really nice, the package took 1 week and 1 day to come and comes with 25% off your next order, the hoodie comes a little boxy on the shoulders at first, but they wear down. The pants are perfect though. The material is soft and fluffy and heavy which is perfect for winter, for pants I bought xxs and fits perfect , the cuffs are a bit uncomfortable at first but get normal after a bit. For the hoodie I was gonna get s/m but changed it to xs/s which fit baggy, and perfect the design and color was perfect and was very very comfy.
