As a previous reviewer stated over a year ago, this app shows that I have refills and then tells me I have successfully submitted a refill for pickup. When I show up to get my meds, the folks there tell me I never submitted any kind of request and to come back tomorrow. This has happened three times. The bar code scanner doesn’t work either. And the app crashes. Just use the phone and call. I’m personally switching pharmacies after all this frustration. Maybe this review will keep you from getting to this point. First, every month when I log in I have to create an account AGAIN! I try to get it to find my existing accounts but it always says there are none. After I create and save a new account it connects to the existing but seriously, every time I have to create a new account. Second, it shows refills but then the pharmacy says there were no refills on that prescription. Also, it drops refill requests frequently. Someone please fix these issues! They are a fantastic pharmacy that I recommend highly.
