I was diagnosed with pulsatile tinnitus six months ago. The Dr. Recommended I purchase a $100 white noise machine to help me block out the ringing in my ears so I could sleep at night. In searching for apps at the App Store, I came across White Noise and have been using it nightly ever since. It's been a life saver - THANK YOU!!!

I love all the various sounds you can select to help calm you and help you sleep.  I had no idea there were other noises than white noise (blue, pink, brown, violet, etc).  It has helped me stay asleep, since I hear much less ancillary noise, and kept my mind from wandering when I do wake up.

There are lots of different sounds to choose from, you can set a timer for how long it plays, and it plays while your phone is locked. I use it every night and it puts me to sleep immediately.
