Malheureusement depuis quelques temps, des publicités intempestives, impossibles à fermer, apparaissent après chaque téléchargement d'un son, ce qui rend l'expérience beaucoup moins pratique et donc pénible. Un comble pour une application qui est censée favoriser le retour au calme psychique ! Du coup, je n'ai mis une note que de 3/5 seulement, alors qu'auparavant j'aurais mis 5/5. It’s new and quite irritating as they’re intrusive and hard to get rid of off the screen. I’ve only searched for track twice since discovering the ads and then decided no more because it’s just annoying as hell! ### 4/5 — Great but could use a few improvements *2025-03-10* The White Noise app has quickly become my most used, especially while working from home, so being able to add some other sounds that keep my mind relaxed and focused has been tremendous! I have three suggestions that I think would really improve the overall user experience: (1) Add a feature to sort by most downloads, or add a ‘Top Charts’ list so it’s easy to find the crowd favorites. The UI is very large and bulky, making it time consuming to scroll past each sound to check the name and download count, before even previewing the actual sound. (2) Building off of the first point, make the listings smaller than what they are, which currently takes up nearly the entire space of your iPhone or iPad. You can never see more than two full sound listings at one time, I find myself ready to get off of the White Noise Market as fast as I can because it’s so unwieldy. (3) This may be a remark better left for the main White Noise app, but sync the added sounds across all devices logged into the same account would be helpful. The workaround is to make sure you ‘favorite’ the sounds you’re downloading on one device so you can easily go to your favorites on another devices and download them there again. I qpaid already and should be able to discover and save sounds I have listened to etc., When I tried out a noise in the first app, it prompted me to download an updated version. Not an update but another version?In the 2nd White Noise App I tried to save what I've been listening to and NOW it's prompting me to get a 3rd White Noise App. Come on now! What did I pay for already? It wants to charge me again, Surely, I'm not the first to question this.
