I am very sensitive to certain kinds of noise and I get very agitated on public transport with people using speaker phones. This blocks all of that out.

This is driving me crazy. After the new update to iOS the app just wont register as ‘playing’ in control center making it very annoying to play and pause in the morning when I wake up. Been using this app for 8 years and will have to look elsewhere if I cannot resolve this

I have ringing in the ears due to high frequency deafness. The ability to layer sound helps me mask the ringing. Only app I found that does this. Range of sounds are great.

There’s loads and loads of white noise apps online these days, and so many of them are junk. Needlessly complex apps that demand a not-inconsiderable monthly subscription service, or make wild claims about being some sort of life changer.

Thankfully, WhiteNoise+ is not one of those. It’s pretty simple and intuitive with its grid layout system, and the paid version is only a $5 upgrade. It knows what it needs to be and does that well, and that’s all I can ask from a high quality product. Very strong recommendation from me!

This app is the best I’ve come across, and I’ve tried many. This relaxes my mind as well as my body, which means that I can drift gently and slowly to sleep. If you are looking for something to help you relax and sleep, why not give this a go. It’s calming.

Paid the $5.00 thinking it would unlock more sounds, only a few.  There are only 20 sounds to choose from and not any variations of those sounds. Such a disappointing waste of $5.00.

This app does things I never imagined a white noise app could be. If you’re fortunate enough to also have fantastic headphones and any neurodivergence, this is worth a try.  It could give you something you don’t know you were looking for, like Tibetan Singing Bowls were for me.
