Every time i press proceed after attempting to log in it doesn’t work. i am tired of trying to make it work and very disappointed. The app is super slow and has so many bugs.. please fix ur app!! ### 2/5 — Spam notifications *2025-05-23* App works okay but why is there no way to opt out of spam notifications for vouchers and such? Doctors are great and the process is seamless. Able to arrange same day delivery of medication and made affordable. Only con is I dont appreciate getting notifications on my phone to log my mood, and I cannot disable my notifications from WhiteCoat as it is a requirement to continue utilising the app. ### 1/5 — Medicine delivery delayed for more than 3 hours *2024-01-01, version 3.0.47* I will be deleting this app soon. My medicines delivery has been delayed for 3 hours and I’m still waiting for it. Upon tracking the driver, the driver is found in the other side of Singapore. I’m unsure how they assign the driver. I did the consultation at 1230pm and their earliest delivery slot was 5-7pm. However it’s past 930pm and I’m still waiting. What’s worse is they don’t have a live chat or hotline. You will have to write a feedback and someone will call you. Good riddance. ### 2/5 — Teleconsult app without proper privacy policy *2023-12-23* Downloaded this app, upon opening, it mention as a new version please allow them to track across other app. When signing up for new account, they automatically check a box where it says your info can be used for marketing where it is not required. This app has many sneaky method for you to agree away your privacy rights, just be careful. ### 5/5 — Love the doctors at White Coat *2023-10-11, version 3.0.41* This is a great service that my company subscribed to. I appreciate the doctors at White Coat, especially Dr Choo Han Jun. They are professional, patient, friendly and helpful. Getting medication delivered same day and having the option to get referrals and medical leave is also really helpful, especially when trying to avoid spreading germs or being in contact with those who are contagious. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous doctors in this app. *2025-12-25, version 3.0.94* Whenever I see a doctor here for medicine top up, it is like i’m begging for something whereby I’m paying for it! I have eczema since young and I know which medicine I need when my eczema is acting up. It was prescribed by my doctor. I’ve been paying for my medication and found out that I am covered under my corporate medical. Thus might as well use my benefit. I consult here when I’m sick or when I run out of my eczema cream. Every time I ask to buy 2 creams, doctor always say “I can only give you 1.” THEN I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN WHEN I RUN OUT OF MEDS AND REPEAT ALL OVER AND THE NEXT DOCTOR WILL ASK ALL OVER AGAIN! DOES IT KILL TO JUST PRESCRIBE 2 SO THAT I CAN USE IT ONCE MY CURRENT ONE RUNS OUT!? Maybe these doctors have never had eczema so they don’t know how itchy & painful it is when it acts up & you have no medicine to apply it on. AND EXCUSE YOU, THEY ONLY DELIVER THE MEDICINE AFTER HOURS SO YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO SUFFER WHILE WAITING! So far the only doctor who really showed his concern was a filipino guy. Who advised on alternative medication that I can use as well. You can drop a feedback to them, but don’t hear anything, don’t get any confirmation that your message is received, no notification on how long it’ll take to reply you, nothing at all. If you don’t face any technical issues when using the app then great for you, but once you have issues, it’s just a frustrating experience on top of you being ill. Useless garbage app. ### 1/5 — Terribly Laggy App *2025-06-16, version 3.0.82* Issue started to happen since you click to open the app. App cannot load and you have to keep ‘retry to connect’. Finally get into the app, the insurance drop down will be loading forever and no response if you click. Very erroneous and took me almost 2 hours to enter the consult doctor page and I’m still waiting on the queue. Didn’t dare to restart even there’s no est. number of patient in front / est. waiting time because scared that I need to experience the whole buggy process again. It’s as if the sole purpose of this app is to test the limits of my patience and phone’s processing power. From the moment I launched it, it greeted me with a loading spinner that might as well be a modern art installation. Every tap is a gamble — will it respond, crash, or just freeze like a deer in the headlights? Spoiler: it’s always the freeze. I tried reinstalling it. Cleared cache. Gave it every permission short of my soul. Still, it hangs more often than my grandma’s laundry on a breezy day. To the developers: please, either fix this app or rename it something more honest. Because of i dont have the thermometer in the house i cant measure and i was forced to go home due to manager seen that im sick and not feeling well. I tried to go GP clinic but no one is opening in the Saturday after 1pm so i decided to go home have a video consulting. After Dr Tan didnt believe then i try another Dr Patrick, then he scold me cheating MC and didnt want to help me and both of them charge me consulting fee. So is this apps trying to scam patients money??? Gone are the days when you would have to travel to a doctor while ill, and wait for hours if the queue is long. For a top up of medications for stable chronic disease, it is so much more convenient. And the meds are delivered to your doorstep. The wait is never too long and the doctors I have seen so far have been excellent. I just saw a doctor for flu symptoms. Waited 5 mins, diagnosis was fast and decisive. All done within a few minutes.
