I tried using the app to delete our grandson’s membership. He was only with us for a week, so we didn’t need to continue his membership. The app won’t let us do that. Also, I tried pulling up our statements, and they come up, but you can’t look at them. There is a button that says print, but nothing happens when you click on it.
