I felt I am a victim of cyber bully through massive insults and damages but whoever happy to discredit or distract through to provoke other problems Suddenly after insults and implications received: their “power” became more than 10times more infected only through probable money received to cyber bully, discriminate or provoke problems. Essentially the pictures you see and the videos on the ads are nothing like the bulk of the gameplay. I have had the game for a few days and still have not experienced the gameplay I did on the playable ad that first convinced me to download the game. I’m glad I haven’t spent any money on the game, because it is a complete time waster and the only thing the developers are good at is fraudulent advertising. You have to keep upgrading this big furnace/fire in the center of town in order to progress. Then anytime you upgrade that, you can also upgrade every other building. Each time you upgrade a building, you can upgrade each piece of furniture twice. Building upgrades have a timer and you can only upgrade one at a time unless you spend money/gems. Here is a question - why are we trying to heat the outside air? Could we not just put tunnels between the buildings? Is it possible to not survive? I’m VIP12 and spend a lot of money on this game regretfully. For the new ppl looking, it is not like the ads. It is a predatory P2W game, want to compete in events for rewards? Pay. Want the new hero’s? Pay. New hero’s every few weeks btw a way to keep you spending, and couple hundred bucks to max their weapon. 3 hero’s at a time released. Every update, every new pet, hero, event, just attempts at getting you to purchase. Oh be careful if you have one tap purchase on, it will instantly buy and they will not refund. Customer service is terrible, spend thousands on this game, played an event spend real money to get tokens to get event currency etc etc, was unable to connect to their game/server that whole day. Lost tokens to buy upgrades as the event ended. Wrote customer service no care in the world, wrote me generic response about event ended, generic trouble shooting for connection. Their game was only game unable to connect I had internet but hey it’s my fault. Refused to refund money or give me items I wanted, so handed em money and got nothing and if you charge back the charge they ban your account. Bad game for casual play. This feels like the game is using fake or exaggerated advertisements simply to get people to download it, only to disappoint them once they see what the game is really like.
