Just now, I did a search for one person. The app kept refreshing over and over until all of my lookups for the month was used up. Now I have to wait until next month to do another search.. I don’t need to do what amounts to a background check just to find this information. All of that is behind a paywall. It used to be good but now it finds zero. I just deleted it for the 2nd time. That is yet another higher monthly fee in order to get their phone number. Latest review I see is 3-YEARS OLD. The reviews just seem to get older. This back when I loved them and used them everyday. Can never find a phone number/ name unless you pay the premium? What happened to this app? With the economy tanking- they should be free like the old days with white pages& yellow pages. Do NOT waste your time I put a search with a phone number and not ONCE in a year did I get results unless you pay for premium. I’m dumping it. It only gives me names of 10 people out of the 20 in the building. It’s kind of hard to send out a mailer. If you don’t have everybody’s name if it was free, I would complain but since I’m paying for the service, I don’t give you the option to see the rest of the names. Then there is a selection to let others know if I consider it to be a spam risk. If I don’t know who is calling or have any other information how we hold I know if it’s a spam risk let alone anything else? Anymore it seems like you have to pay for basic information. Even caller id doesn’t even tell you who’s calling anymore. What’s the point? Not paying extra for any of this. It keeps ratcheting up quickly to over $250. Please avoid if you can. Where is it hidden? ### 1/5 — No “Restore Purchases” link *2026-08-13, version 9.9.0* I was skeptical to begin with, but I just signed up for a premium subscription through the App Store anyway and if you didn’t create an account with an email address beforehand you don’t get access to the premium features you just purchased without having to submit a support ticket through this company to track down your purchase. It seems they are trying to get around Apples App Store procedures because every legitimate app I have a subscription for through the App Store has a simple “restore purchases” link that restores what you paid for without having to go through the company’s support system. Good thing I can easily get a refund through Apple without having to deal with the company’s support system. I just don’t see any other reason why they would want you to go through them instead of Apples simplified system of restoring your premium subscription. ### 1/5 — They take money & you don’t get what you paid for *2026-08-02, version 9.8.0* I paid for the pro+. However it did not unlock anything. There is no number to call. No response by email. Don’t waste your money & time. I have now start to try and get my money back through my account. The developer wrote to me and was very concerned that the app functions well. That's worth a lot to me. Previously, I had the app on my phone. I could not use it because the App Store was not successfully telling the app that I had a new legitimate subscription. Now that the issue is resolved, I have used the app very successfully and obtained a lot of useful information. Even though it’s not up-to-date like it should be for more accurate information at least it gives you a rundown at least where they live in previous addresses and their birthday and their age so it’s enough to go onto complete my searches for a long time. Thank you WhitePages for providing this app. It’s really wonderful and I recommend everyone to subscribe if you subscribe to the 599 amount the least you get 20 searches every 30 days and then it resets and then you can search for another 20 searches.
