Is this even legal? ### 1/5 — Why, why, why? *2024-09-12, version 1.1* Told by staff member at the bar that you HAD to download the app to order food. Not easy to find what you wanted, 25p online fee added to basket before even selecting any items, 10% service charge added (and not able to change it if you wanted to) and that’s before any service had even been given. In fact, the waiting staff didn’t even take the order, I had to place it online. The “service” consisted of walking 2 plates and 2 drinks about 10 yards from the bar. Get rid of the app, include service in the prices if you’re going to impose a set fee. This left a sour taste for what was decent food.
