## Newest reviews (2 of 18)

### 1/5 — Abysmal

*2020-08-05, version 1.1*

Awful app, crashes regularly, difficult to order anything. Dreadful user interface. Wish I’d not bothered and gone elsewhere

### 1/5 — Way too expensive

*2020-08-01, version 1.1*

Very small lobster. Much smaller then expected for the price.
Bread was good ;)))

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Enforces service charge

*2025-03-29, version 1.1*

You can’t remove service charge from the order. Is this even legal?

### 1/5 — Why, why, why?

*2024-09-12, version 1.1*

Told by staff member at the bar that you HAD to download the app to order food. Not easy to find what you wanted, 25p online fee added to basket before even selecting any items, 10% service charge added (and not able to change it if you wanted to) and that’s before any service had even been given. In fact, the waiting staff didn’t even take the order, I had to place it online. The “service” consisted of walking 2 plates and 2 drinks about 10 yards from the bar. Get rid of the app, include service in the prices if you’re going to impose a set fee. This left a sour taste for what was decent food. Wish we’d found the various food outlets by the quay first.

### 1/5 — Clunky, poor search function and a waste of time

*2023-02-21, version 1.1*

Massive waste of time over simply asking someone for some food. Possibly a cost cutting strategy gone wrong. You should not be forced to download an app to order food

### 1/5 — Just a website

*2022-04-14, version 1.1*

Actually it’s worse as it doesn’t then pull in autocomplete information from safari. Poor.

### 1/5 — I hate it

*2022-04-09, version 1.1*

I hate this app impossible to order I will never come back again!!

### 1/5 — Did a child write this?

*2021-10-10, version 1.1*

So buggy and unresponsive. Needs a complete rewrite. Why does ordering a drink require my name, email address and phone number? No autocomplete on fields either and to add insult to injury you charge and App fee and a service charge. Unbelievable!

### 1/5 — doesn’t work

*2021-10-03, version 1.1*

the app crashed 6 times over the period of 3 minutes, gave up and asked for a normal order.

as said by others, the wifi here is awful near the sea so the entire idea of having an app is silly.

### 1/5 — Awful app - get it replaced!

*2020-10-17, version 1.1*

First impressions for customers and doesn’t work. Very annoying

### 1/5 — Awful

*2020-09-25, version 1.1*

Awful app takes away joy of eating out. Nothing automated, takes ages to use

### 1/5 — Piss poor

*2020-08-13, version 1.1*

When it take you three time longer to download a frigging app than to drink your cold coffee it’s poor . Goods news the place is empty.

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — The Lobster Stack Stay

*2023-05-08, version 1.1*

We loved the oysters 10/10. The main meal was very tantalising and delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2020-08-05, version 1.1*

Would give 10/10

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2020-07-03, version 1.1*

This is how it’s done. Take not restaurants and bars in LDN

### 3/5 — Not slick & why the charge for each order?

*2020-08-21, version 1.1*

Was frustrating and hard work to register and set-up even on the free wi-fi. Worked OK once I was in. Not very slick experience and why charge the punter £0.25 per order to use? That p@ssed me off

### 2/5 — Not great with patchy mobile coverage

*2021-08-29, version 1.1*

It would be useful if the restaurant had WiFi available, this app would run pretty well, but over mobile it’s terrible.

### 2/5 — Buggy & unresponsive

*2020-08-12, version 1.1*

This ordering app is just a web page packaged as an app - it might be ok when using WiFi, but when using with the patchy 4G coverage at the waterfront it is an unusually frustrating experience - It took 3 attempts to get a successful order placed - and it felt unresponsive throughout.
