She is so easy to talk to and to communicate with. It was simple to discuss setting up a call and find out what her specialties were. I will use her again when needed. Whiz Tutor overall has amazing customer service. They made my experience very enjoyable and I will be back. ### 1/5 — App no longer works *2019-11-13* This used to work about 18 months ago or earlier, but at that time there was no feature that allowed tutors to reach out to potential clients, which meant it was a supremely passive and ineffective experience. I deleted it after a month or two, and have just decided to re-install it, but now it crashes on the welcome screen. Maybe the app is not compatible with the current iOS.
