After I hit the login button, there is no feedback or error message…it just goes back to the login prompt. Same issue using website version. I made sure privacy settings matched Whizzmo’s recommendation and still does not work. I see that others were having this issue back in February. I don’t know how a company can charge a significant amount of money for their product and think it is acceptable to sit back and do nothing to remedy the situation.
