They provide a Terrible customer service and was a really bad experience. I placed a request for pickup a day earlier and it was cancelled without informing me or bringing it to my knowledge. So I spoke with the good people in Whizzy and they charged double fare they usually charge from the airport to my location and I completely understood as it was late in the night and they’d have to send two people to pick it up.
