As a Sip and Indulge member, I’m very disappointed by the service given by SnI membership sales team.  The SnI app locks you out more often than any other hotel apps.
The customer sales person never helps and passes the buck by giving you another telephone number to call. 
I’ve no intention of renewing my membership though services at the hotel restaurant is excellent and the food is really good!

一點也不複雜，高興見到Sip and Indulge 會員大使（是一位美女）他會解答這位老人家所有問題，並協助我下載應用程式。

It’s very user friendly, especially the app will upgrade from time to time when I sent feedback.

My wife can log in herself easily and surprise  to seeing lot of cash certificates and discount more than any other hotels.

In short, it’s super worth😋
