So sad this project seem to be abandoned. It was such a great start! It’s so difficult when out in the field to update tickets on the go. 

I hope they decide to bring it back to life!

This app is handy for the most part, but it is in compatible with iOS, dark mode. Which makes it very difficult to input items.

I Installed and deleted the app a couple of times. It just keeps saying Authentication Failed.

I’m shocked at how bad this app is. WHMCS has so many features on the desktop version, but on the phone all I can seem to do is manage tickets (and that too not 100%. Features missing such as being able to add an invoice).

Push notifications don’t make sense either - they only show when I open the app and login, which defeats their purpose.
Overall very disappointed considering how the licensing model has changed. You guys really have to up your app game.

App crashes all of the time. The text editor is very buggy. This is their 2nd attempt. You have to juggle between their two apps to even try to use it.

if face id enabled on my iphone and having a problem with face detection, it will not let me to login by passcode . just get exit in place of asking for passcode

This is a huge improvement over the other app available. The user experience and interface is just so much more seamless. I am looking forward to future updates to be able to use the bottom features that currently say “coming soon”.

Great, beautiful interface and flow. Much much improved as compared to the prior WHMCS app, however when you click on a customers product it says management actions coming soon....

those management actions are exactly what we need for this app to be used by our administrators. Will update to five stars when that functionality appears (unfortunately it has been over a year since any work has been done on this app)
