So when bought it and when I went to clicked arrest it like said “erro”. So I shook it off and exited the game and deleted the screen .And so I clicked the game and I put arrest but……it said to buy it again??? . You never have energy to make an arrest, you have to wait hours between days and it takes more energy than you’re given to get any useful clues. The cups of coffee are also way overpriced. This game has the potential as it actually has components of solving “who did it”, but it misses the mark in actual game play. You basically become soft locked due to not enough in game currency. This developer truly had money in mind when making it as there is no way to play the game without buying in game currency in order to do anything past a couple dialogues. I wouldn’t mind paying a one time fee for a game if it meant I would actually be able to play it. This isn’t an option so much anymore with apps, which is a real shame. ### 1/5 — Annoyed - basically just a money grab *2022-04-26, version 3.3.1* The concept of this game is great but it was completely ruined by the fact that it sets you up for failure unless you pay money. You have to wait a certain period of real time after going to sleep to continue the game, which I’m completely okay with if we had more coffee during the day. Let’s do the math, minus the murdered person, there are 42 different combinations of people to talk to starting on the first day (6 people, 7 possible options per person) it takes 2 coffee to unlock one voiceline, meaning you need 84 coffee to unlock all of them. You get about 5 coffee per day which makes about 30 coffee available for free players overall (15/42 voicelines). Where it gets frustrating is you CAN’T ACCUSE a character unless you’ve listened to all the voicelines about them from other characters? This is the most ridiculous mechanic of all. I have a good feeling that I know who did it, but I can’t accuse them because I haven’t listened to all the voicelines about them, but I can’t access those voicelines because they are locked. I need to listen to 4 other random ones in order to unlock my suspects voicelines. So basically, ALL of my coffee is being wasted just trying to get to the point where I can accuse a specific character. Let alone if I am wrong, I would just lose. That’s it. This game throws micro-transactions in your face, even if you were to spend say 1.99 for 3 coffee, it would hardly give you anything to work with.
