I have contacted them multiple times by email requesting the removal of my phone number, yet I have received no response at all. I tried to call my friend who is in rehab and got a text back saying to download the who app and that a message is waiting from her. So I download the app, I figured it was some sort of monitoring from her rehab center. There was not a message from her on the app. I delete the app because I realized it signed me up for a free trial and was about to bill me. The app WILL NOT GO AWAY. If people try to call me and I don’t answer it sends them the same text I originally got, that I’m unavailable and to download the who app. It made me take a photo to sign up and shows people my photo. My friend who I originally got the text from says she has no idea what app I’m talking about. My other friend got a text from “me” and didn’t even download the app, just clicked the link and now her phone is bugged and her voicemail doesn’t work anymore. This app is a scam.
