Company doesn’t even bother replying to emails asking for help. It’s sad as it was a great game for kids. We bought this for our little (15mth) granddaughter and she loves it to bits and just won't stop playing it! It's put together so well that you can tell that someone has put a great deal of love and effort into it. Can't recommend it highly enough.
