## What is Whole Home Wi?

The app for setting up and managing all 3 versions of Whole Home Wi-Fi from BT (the white discs):

- Mini Whole Home Wi-Fi
- Whole Home Wi-Fi
- Premium Whole Home Wi-Fi
 
All versions work with any broadband provider.
 
If you have BT’s Complete Wi-Fi service (the black discs) this app won’t work for you, download the My BT app to set it up.

Hard to set up password and connection issues and doesn’t really link with router as 1 system seamlessly....disappointed ! Doesn’t maximise layout easily. Cuts out ! Aarrgghh.

I have a four disc set up. One disc keeps dropping out and is not reliable. Despite two devices being in close proximity to the disc that is unreliable the disc does not pick up the two devices. The four discs cost £200 at the time and I would not recommend them.

I was going to rate this as a 4 as it took a while to get them all to turn blue.  However, we are running 7 discs over quite a large area and they are all working well which I think deserves 5 stars. Very simple to set up. And no setting messing about when router changed when fibre arrived. Happy days

This app is slow to respond, if at all. Often needs a restart.  Often doesn’t show the details of connected devices. Has never found a firmware update. The app has not been updated in years.
