So happy to find practical, somatic, evidence-based, and spiritual healing resources for my body, soul, and spirit. It’s worth subscribing to as it has helped me tremendously. I also joined her 1-1 coaching program that helps me to find the root causes of physical and emotional problems and lies in my life.  Then I can receive a clear vision from God and move forward with my dream and calling. It is more affordable than a therapist.
