I've been quilting professionally for a few years now and the admin side of things has always been a mess — spreadsheets for invoices, notes app for orders, random folders for expenses. I tried generic business apps but they never quite fit how I actually work.
Wholecloth just... gets it. Everything is in one place — quotes, invoices, orders, expenses — and it doesn't feel overwhelming to set up. I was using it for real work within the first hour. No tutorial needed.
It's clearly made by someone who understands small creative businesses, not just businesses in general. The little details show that. For anyone running a quilting business from home, even part-time, this is the tool I wish I'd had from the start.
