Thanks for your cooperation.-Wholee Team ### 2/5 — It’s like Wish all over again *2022-09-28, version 7.10.15* Had some faith and ordered 3 pairs of pants which were advertised as 31 waist and 30 length. Checked the sizing chart and it said the inseam on these pants would be 30 inches. When they arrived, the pants legs were miles long (at least 36 length). The labels were obviously made in China and not made to the size that I ordered. The order did not appear in my order history so I could not contact them for a return. Attempted replying to the receipt I was emailed to resolve it but still only getting spam advertisements 2 months later. Maybe you get lucky and something you order is what was advertised or fits you. But do yourself a favor and don’t order clothes from here **Developer response:** Sorry to hear this. But I am seeing a lot of bad reviews on here for Wholee. I am going to give an honest review. Paying customer! Not receiving anything free for my review. A lot of companies do this to entice new customers. But I feel this makes the review disingenuous. By offering incentives (promos, free products, etc…) I feel it’s highly unlikely to read/find an honest review. That being said I think Wholee is ok. In some instances you get what you pay for. But I’ve had the luck that my purchases have had accurate details in the descriptions and shipping is between 7-14 days. Some products are just as good as similar products with higher prices, online. Some aren’t such good quality. One thing I tend to stay away from is clothing. I have contact dermatitis (allergic to everything that isn’t cotton) The clothing on here isn’t cotton, may say cotton blend at best, but either the description is misleading, or there is missing information. Another reason I do not purchase clothing is the sizes aren’t true to size. I purchased a shirt, my size is 2xl, and it felt 2 sizes smaller, and wasn’t cotton. I would recommend Wholee for products that you may need where you’d like to save money and are in a bind. The shipping can be the drawback for some. Overall, Wholee products may be worth the wait, regarding shipping. But if you’re looking to make a purchase for a product of high quality, it’s a hard pass. ### 1/5 — Cheap clothing and Fraud *2022-04-12, version 7.0.4* I receive my order 3 weeks after shopping on this website. When I receive the items taking them out of the plastic, they had the worst smell not to mention sizing is bad. Having been trying to get a refund label and I was told I have 2 option to get a refund of 1/2 my purchase or return items. I am happy to return items but I will not pay to return as stated on the app first time purchase free return. ### 1/5 — WORST. STAY AWAY. *2022-04-11, version 7.0.4* worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, they said they would give me a 50% refund which would be $86, but they were telling me that it was $65, so I replied saying I wanted my refund and now my messages have disappeared and I can’t get in touch with them, every single thing that was shipped to me was incorrect. Not one single thing was correct. I spent $172 on literally nothing. don’t let this app fool you. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT ME. Gives delivery dates then changes constantly to a later date with tracking numbers for USPS that don’t work. Placed my order on December 9,2021 delivered should have been December 23, 2021. Then date was changed 4 different times and they say you will be compensated $$. NEVER received ANY type of compensation. Dian ally, received my orderJanuary 9, 2022….SERIOUSLY A MONTH!! Then my boots come in a plastic bag with no padding and folded in half! Description said leather NOT, totally pleather(absolute garbage). All the reviews are fake and good luck trying to get a refund the policy is ridiculous. Not worth the savings I was expecting for leather boots. Thanks for your cooperation. -Cindy ### 1/5 — Awful costumer service and poor material quality *2021-12-19, version 6.13.0* I purchased 7 items for over 95 dollars several months ago. After waiting for three weeks, they were here and 4 of them were poor material quality and wrong sizes(much bigger than small) . I contacted costumer service and decide to return 4 of the items and they promised they will refund my 41 dollars of the those 4 items to my original payment and the refund me the shipping fee for the return on my PayPal account. I had to return them and pay for it on my end and also had to make a PayPal account for refunding of the return shipping fee( absurd why they won’t refund all of them to my original payment, specially when PayPal charge me 3 percent for all the transaction ) . After I refunded the items they just refund me 10 dollar shipping fee and they didn’t refund me for the four items for 41 dollars . And since then I ask for the refund, costumer service keep referring me to the 10 dollar shipping fee on the PayPal. So not only I went above and beyond to ship them back and put them in Usps box and pay for it, but also I haven’t been refunded. Too much hassle to do nuisances with them . I ordered 3 shirts for my husband for the holidays. One of the shirts didn’t pass quality control so I was refunded for it. The other two were replaced with two other shirts that were of the worst quality I’ve ever seen. The fabric was awful and they look as if they we’re sawn by an unexperienced person. I hated them! They came right on Christmas so I couldn’t replaced them for another gift. I should’ve been notified if the shirts were not available anymore but I wasn’t. They just replaced my order for a low quality item. Unacceptable! I went to my account using the app and the purchase doesn’t exist. First proposal they are offering 50% off you keep in the item, 50% of the item is the actual price. Second proposal is you can ship the item back but is at your cost. Working with my credit card to get a charge back and get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM AT ALL COST!!! Customer service reply’s 6 days later with a lesser amount in return. SCAM APP ### 1/5 — Your E mail for returns needs to be more user friendly. If there is away to send me a phone number to call or a text to tell me what I can do would be appreciated. ### 1/5 — SCAM SHOPPING APP *2022-10-26, version 7.10.17* My orders that I already PAID were all canceled by them not by ME, again by them, and then when they cancelled my order and suddenly they were also charged me or my bank for TRANSACTION FEE without my knowledge or without informing me. And until now they still not refund or return my money. What kind of people are these?!! So I tried again and it says I will get notified in an hour. Mean time I have gotten a bunch of weird phone calls, emails and text messages. Well, the company that they use to ship things with (wan b express) will literally not allow anything to be shipped. Look on their site at the product details. If you buy a simple blank phone case on Wholee, you will not get it, If you buy a simple chain necklace with no charms on Wholee, you will not get it. However fake AirPods getting sold for “free” on there is allowed (funny because on wan b they said no electronics or “copyrighted” things are allowed to be shipped but there’s people that made videos receiving these “AirPods”). The shipping company is a big joke and Wholee is misleading. When I try to return the clothes they all got rejected we even sent in picture of my wife wearing it. We not only bought just 1 clothes but over $200 dollars worth of clothes and other stuff.
