As you know, your order was shipped via an international logistics company. In exceptional cases, shipping times are forced to be delayed and we have filed a complaint with the logistics company and are waiting for their response. In the meantime, to prevent you from continuing to wait, the warehouse department has processed a full refund for you. This means that you will still receive the package and will get it for free. We will negotiate with the logistics company to avoid similar problems in the future.
