Our building was a beta test, working out some kinks with the system to insure a solid product for the marketplace. Every piece of feedback any of the owner-residents gave to the founder was taken seriously and integrated into a more streamlined and user- friendly interface. I never got the impression that our feedback was irritating or an annoyance, and the turnaround time to make adjustments to the system to better suit our needs was incredibly fast.
