For instance, when I come in the front door I don’t need my keys or have to fidget around looking in my purse for them, which is a God send because I have a walker a portable oxygen tank (excess baggage)! Now all I have to do is ring my own buzzer & enter an access code & the door opens. When I have a question the tech support gentleman I speak to Mr Arturo is always kind & respectful & willing to explain & walk me through everything!!! Example: I was having trouble or should I say taking too long when I answered my phone to buzz guest in the building because I would hang up then go to my Whoo app then buzz them in. My guest were frustrated with how long I was taking. I called Mr Arturo today & he showed me an easier way to do it that will make my guest a lot happier now that they don’t have to wait so long for me to let them in. Our building was a beta test, working out some kinks with the system to insure a solid product for the marketplace. Every piece of feedback any of the owner-residents gave to the founder was taken seriously and integrated into a more streamlined and user- friendly interface. I never got the impression that our feedback was irritating or an annoyance, and the turnaround time to make adjustments to the system to better suit our needs was incredibly fast.
