Untuk register di aplikasi whoosh gagal terus karena User ID yang dipilih tidak diterima dengan notifikasi “user existed” 
Ketika mencoba memasukkan user ID lain juga gagal, yang muncul adalah notifikasi dengan HURUF CINA yang sama sekali tidak dimengerti !! Kenapa harus huruf/karakter Cina ??? Padahal
Sebelumnya ada notifikasi dalam bahasa Inggris tapi yang selanjutnya muncul terus notifikasi dengan huruf Cina selama beberapa detik. Sudah coba bikin user ID dengan letters, numbers dan special characters tapi juga gagal terus dan yg muncul lagi lagi notifikasi dalam HURUF CINA yang tidak dimengerti sama sekali !!! 🤬 Gimana caranya orang disuruh menebak-nebak cuma untuk bikin user ID ??? KONYOL SEKALI !! Kenapa tidak dibuat semua keterangan atau apapun itu dalam bahasa Inggris atau Indonesia 🇮🇩 karena aplikasi ini untuk digunakan di dan oleh orang INDONESIA !!!!!!

Login, select train, select passengers and seats but then no option to pay. 
No details of booking in the My bookings area. 
Can’t make another booking as system says there is already an unpaid booking. 

Completely useless. 

Website is worse. 

If this is the state of the tech being used, how long until the first crash…
