L’an dernier, je publiais des vidéos TikTok via Whop et j’ai gagné de l’argent grâce à mon contenu. La semaine dernière, j’ai demandé un virement vers mon compte bancaire (annoncé sous 2 à 3 jours). Après 4 jours, toujours rien. En rouvrant l’application, j’ai découvert que mon compte avait été suspendu sans explication, précisément au moment du retrait. Malgré plusieurs tentatives pour contacter le support, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse. I signed up for a free trial using Apple’s Hide My Email. Payment went through immediately, but I never received the verification emails needed to access my account. Because of this, I cannot log in, manage my subscription, or cancel it myself. I have spent over two hours trying to resolve the issue, including checking my Apple Hide My Email settings, attempting Sign in with Apple, checking spam folders, and following every troubleshooting step suggested. I contacted support immediately, but after multiple redirects, one live chat disappeared entirely, another has now gone unanswered for over 18 hours, and I still haven’t been able to speak to someone who can resolve the issue. My biggest concern is that a subscription is linked to an account I cannot access, leaving me unable to manage it while I wait for support to respond. Technical issues happen, but there should be a clear and timely way to reach a human when customers are locked out of an account tied to an active subscription. I asked the bot support why I received an email saying that I was being charged for my subscription, when my subscription was canceled, I sent the bot a screenshot of the account that shows the subscription is canceled, and the bot just explained what the email meant. The bot couldn’t understand that the email is the issue, because I shouldn’t have received it with the subscription being canceled. And there was no way to contact a human. I have to call Amex to challenge a transaction to make it happen. The vendor, Honeypacks.com, has me on a subscription I didn’t ask for. The phone number at Whop goes to a machine that gives you instructions that don’t work to cancel an order. It’s been a nightmare. I’m blocking all access to my card from Whop. No bot lobbies, real players all through even in resurgence. This app was designed to get your money and also tell you there is no refund on any situation whatsoever, so why try when you can’t get refunded when they don’t turn up ?. They didn’t ban my account. I had screenshots back up everything and it meant nothing to them at the end of the day, it’s just not worth it. This is just a whole for scammers and for the time being I have no intention of ever coming back. Don’t purchase the day pass from Certified picks which on telegram is Alexbetj He will give you picks that lose time after time. And when you question AlexBetJ about it, he ignores your message. Then he tries to promote a vip telegram group. I have so many screenshots of him promising me winning slips but they i have lost 6 straight slips with him. I have provided so many screenshots to Whop but they dont care and take sides with him because they get a percentage from his day passes. Horrible customer service from Whop and horrible bets and Certified picks. Lying and manipulating customers. I spend $160 and $318 for day passes and nothing won.
