There are times that it does not alert and I have missed calls. The auto radio function when alerted does not turn on most of the time. The app does have great features and potential but I’m not willing to part ways with the good ol fashion hip pager just yet. ### 2/5 — Never Loads *2026-04-25* After the last update, nothing will load. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it three times.. If I close the app it still runs in background. Also the critical alert feature does not work. Even more annoying when it’s a page for a different station and it’s a med call or something that my station does not need to be paged for. And I can’t turn off the other stations alerts. ### 2/5 — Update now please *2022-05-21* Some phones that are not iPhone are not allowed to see the messages or see the map or hear audio after the tone goes out some of the calls are scratchy and I would like it if we had a option to listen to different departments within the county thanks for your understanding ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Locked out of active departments – Support unreachable *2026-06-14, version 4.11.0* I was a member of three fire departments on this app. After resigning from one of them, the department admin removed my account on their end — which caused the app to completely log me out and revoke my access to my TWO OTHER active departments as well. I have reset my password twice and still cannot log in. This is not just an inconvenience — this is an emergency response app. Not being able to access it is a real operational problem. To make things worse, their customer support is completely unreachable. No answer on the phone, no response on the live chat. Nothing. If you're a firefighter considering this app, think twice. A platform designed for emergency services should have reliable support and should not lock you out of active departments because of an unrelated account change. Extremely disappointed. ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2025-12-07* Since the latest updates and changes this app has NOT worked great for me. It doesn’t notify my phone or my watch when there is a page. I contacted tech support but they ALWAYS blame it on something else ### 1/5 — Update is needed urgently. *2025-10-22, version 4.6.0* Since this update I have had constant issues with WR not alerting me about ongoing incidents. I open the app in the morning to find it frozen and once i restart the app lo and behold a call happened during the night and my tones did not go off. This is incredibly frustrating and I’ve re installed the app several times and adjusted all possible settings. Sometimes the app works great but missing working fire calls is ridiculous. I think you added so much extras and it’s so confusing and difficult to find information even the “settings” are to navigate! If we had the choice we would stick with the original version ! I missed a house fire on weekend and we just had a VSA with no response due to the app ! ### 1/5 — Terrible update *2025-08-03, version 4.3.1* New update is terrible, crashes all the time, calls come in late or not at all, hard to find the things you actually need like the incident message board to chat with people who are responding, the Home Screen is full of things that are not critical, or useful, also no longer shows the responding to hall tab on the main screen like it should, courtesy messages don’t pop up anymore, absolutely nothing good to say about this update ### 1/5 — New update *2025-07-29* Change it back. It’s a little over whelming at first, but the functionally is there. Once you figure it out, it’s perfect. The initial roll out had some glitches but they seem to get patched once you message the help desk. I’m sure the app will continue to improve with bug fixes in the future. Also has a host of other tools built in such as location plotting ,emergency radio and more. I particularly like the dispatch message history (for those of us who forget locations or dates when filling in our monthly logs).
