The app is laggy, and takes so much effort just to sign up and make an account. WHERES THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUTTON LORD HAVE MERCY I AM ABOUT TO THROW MY PHONE ACROSS THE ROOMMMMMMMMMMM ### 1/5 — useless app!! *2024-01-04, version 2.9.5* now after installing this app i see why it has so many 1 star ratings. i installed this so i could vote for SHINee but it wont let you do anything without having an account first, which is fair enough. but then you have to try and create an account, i tried creating with apple account and it told me “SNS login is not linked would you like to use email instead?” i tried doing that, entered my email and got the error “An unknown problem occurred if this persists contact Whosfan customer support” well something upon those lines. i also tried using facebook to login but that had the same issue. i didn’t use any of the other social media’s of signing in but im pretty sure they will all come up with the same problem. how am i meant to create an account if each time i enter my email it comes up with some weird error? all in all this app is useless ### 1/5 — why is this literally inaccessible *2024-01-04, version 2.9.5* i just want to vote for my faves but this thing won't even let me create an account ### 1/5 — Glitchy and now broken *2024-01-02, version 2.9.5* Having used the app for around FOUR years, it decided to log me out and now will not let me back in. In order to vote, you need a 3-4 digit credits that you exchange for voting for 1-2 digit votes. Some credits can’t be collected to use after you vote, which makes video watching for credit sorting *useless*. The system has glitches. You might not be able to load, enter or use the app at all. When you can, your video credits won’t be counted or the ads won’t load. The system can go down if it detects abnormal voting, which is great if it benefits your fandom. who votes cleanly. However, watching your fandom vote relentlessly only to see a lower place artist move up in the ranks while YOUR FANDOM PERCENTAGE HAS FROZEN is painful. That Whosfan posts only percentages, not actual numbers voted is fishy. Seems like the system is rigged against a certain clean voting fandom whose agency doesn’t pay off Hanteo. I used it to authenticate my album, and it worked, I’m sure it’s been updated since the past reviews. BUT, one problem is it’s not really easy to understand, also when you follow a star and open their page, it crashes. The server isn’t that strong, I’ve been able to open other celebs pages but some it crashes because it has more people.
