## What is WHY? Four Gifts of Love®?

ABOUT THIS APPLICATION

People trying to lose 100 lbs after living an unhealthy lifestyle for years often need motivational help and encouragement to get them through those times when they don't FEEL like exercising or eating right. There will be times they ask, "WHY am I doing this exercise and diet plan?"

Similarly, when couples are learning a new lifestyle of care, protection, honesty, and time (the Four Gifts of Love®), often after years of thoughtlessness and neglect, there will be times they need help getting through the persistent, inner questioning of "WHY am I doing this new lifestyle?"

In those moments, many will need help to remind themselves about the life-IMPACTING WHY answers. That is WHY this app was designed: To hopefully motivate and offer inspirational comments as couples create a new, thoughtful lifestyle of care, protection, honesty, and time.

Over 25 phrases are directed to answer the question, "WHY am I doing this new lifestyle?" These phrases are randomly generated, but users have the ability to pick their favorite phrases to be generated first when the app is opened.
