Then all of the sudden it stopped being able to handle any type of information. From voice, video YouTube or not. Support is rather slim, other than the “please reach out, I provided my info never hear back. “ Turned out Microsoft Defender was causing some type of issue with this app. Upon removal of it. The transcriptions began working again. ### 4/5 — Neat and easy app *2025-03-04, version 1.7.0* This app is really easy to follow and transcribe your notes taken in a meeting. This app bribes you to write a review by offering you a free transcription if you do so (I’m NOT a fan of that - it feels slimy). Also doesn’t make sense to have to write the review before you get to see a single result. You can download the app for free, but it looks like to actually use it, you need to purchase at least the lowest subscription tier.
