We hope to serve you better further. Keep ordering from WhyQ. ### 1/5 — Not efficient *2022-02-19, version 9.4* This portal is not good. It seems to only allow one hawker center that you can order from. If I pick another hawker center, the system automatically switches to delivery of order at much later timings or even only in 2 days’ time! Seriously! Additionally, the app does not reflect if the particular stalls are not opened So you won’t know until you’ve ordered and paid and didn’t get any confirmation about your order. Then you need to call why q and track what happened, only to be told that the stall is closed and that you will get your money refunded. Meanwhile your stomach is growling in hunger while you have to clear all this mess placing your order. It didn’t use to be that inefficient. Now they have evolved to be totally inefficient instead of improving this app. I’ve deleted why q. Aggravating waste of time. ### 1/5 — Copy/Paste *2022-01-12* As soon as I opened the app I received an alert that it pasted what was I had copied earlier. Kindly share your concern along with the order details at contactus@whyq.sg so that we may look into this and take necessary action to avoid such instances in the future. ### 4/5 — Decent app *2021-11-17, version 9.2* Decent app. It would be great if there’s a setting to choose what types of notification to receive. ### 1/5 — Cant get OTP number due to phone number limits *2021-11-15, version 9.2* I cant write down my full number only 7 number are allowed ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2021-11-01, version 9.2* Order 3 different items from the same hawker Center at 6:30pm and was informed to be delivered by 8:15pm. Called me only at 7:18pm to inform 2 items not available so amended to 3 same items. SMS me that the items will be delayed to 8:50pm so waited. By 9:15pm, tracking said items delivered but never received. Called customer service and was told to contact rider. Called rider and was told to contact WhyQ as he ever had the items. Called customer service few times again and they never bothered to answer my call. What kind of rotten service is this? I ordered and paid for the foods and never got it. ### 4/5 — Many issues but CS recovery good *2021-08-07, version 9.0* Have been using whyq for a while now and there are many issues that need to be resolved (delivery always late, stall closures are not reflected in app necessitating change in order etc.) But am taking time to leave a good review bc my experience with CS each time so far has been fuss free and their CS is easy to reach and honestly q helpful. Think that’s really rare among delivery platforms. Have been driven up the wall by so many non-existent or useless-robot CS of other delivery platforms so I wanted to compliment whyq for this Hope the team keeps up the good work and at the same time, focuses on ironing out existing issues ### 1/5 — Extremely bad customer service *2021-08-01, version 9.0* DO NOT TRY!! Ordered at 1130, promised delivery by 1230, did not come until 2pm. Customer service was unapologetic and informed (only when we called) that it’s because a stall was closed. They offered no alternative. Separately, first order said payment did not go through. Cart was empty so we placed a second order within 7minutes (took time to check bank account to ensure no money deducted and then re-added each item into cart). When we called customer service to check on order they said they received 2 duplicate orders and that we have to pay for both. when we explained they said it was suspicious that there was a LONG delay before the second order was placed. When we asked how long they said 7mins and refused any refund or repayment, and said they will send both orders albeit 1.5h late. Instead they kept repeating it was our fault for not checking properly before placing the second order. Extremely bad service, would not use again and would definitely not recommend. See other 1 star reviews, should have seen those before trying app. ### 4/5 — So far so good *2021-07-30, version 9.0* Food delivered on time and still hot, thanks. Though the app update can be v slow. I have already received my food at noon, and the app still shows “food in preparation” mid afternoon. The FIP wont update, and suddenly the delivery was at my door knocking. Ok lah the food was nice and hot so only the app problem. Another problem “browse all Hawker centres” don’t work. When I click the pic with browse all hawkers centres, what comes up only less than 6 Hawker centres which are not what I’m looking for. So how to “browse all” or find a particular hawker centre? ### 2/5 — Just don’t expect to get your food on time *2021-07-14* I keep giving whyQ a chance because I want to support the hawkers, and also give a local startup a chance. But the frequency and extent of their delivery delays substantially exceed the other apps; today, it will be 1 hour late, esp with the rider going from Golden Mile to Braddell before coming to my place around Kallang.
