No action even after complaint. Piece of advice - You can’t do business by earning through false manner. Don’t ever try this service. ### 1/5 — Bad behaviour by delivery guy *2023-01-21* I was shocked to see how badly their delivery boy behaved and refused to deliver milk only because one route to my neighbourhood was closed, he didn’t even bother to find the entry gate which is available on google maps. The most important thing is that they say all their delivery boys are their own employees but I didn’t feel that while talking to that boy. He had no interest in delivering milk. People living in delhi specifically be aware. ### 1/5 — Bunch of Thives *2023-01-20* They will deliver your order one day on time and from next time they will not deliver your milk. If you will call your delivery man he will block your phone number. These guys will take your money and then not bother to deliver milk. In my case my used Cash on Delivery, they took my money stating that they don’t have change and deposited into my wallet without informing me and from next day they stopped delivering items. If you are ordering milk with Whyte farms, you must have a backup ready because you never know whether and when it’ll be delivered. The deliveries are unplanned, unannounced and erratic… never in time. You will often find the order delivered in your absence after you are long gone to work. And when you reach home from work, you find the bottles at your door, milk curdled. In my opinion, they should scrap their delivery chain and start selling ‘khulla doodh’ at their dairy (if at all they have one), which may be more efficient method for them. ### 1/5 — Late delivery *2024-06-15, version 4.7.4* The quality is superb but they will never deliver in time! Highly recommended! ### 4/5 — Excellent Products *2022-05-05* WhyteFarms has arguably the best of milk products in India at the moment and I have a very high rating for them, with consistent quality standards, but the app needs a bit of help, one needs to look through for billing related issues but customer service is prompt and replies to one’s satisfaction levels. Delivery 🚚 is no fuss at all but sometimes the boy goofs up by ringing morning 🔔 It’s always easy to order on the app but managing subscriptions can be slightly troublesome for which it is better to use the web app via internet.
