“Error, may not support your router”. I have two, a current Talktalk and a recent Netgear. Passwords entered but no data.

Hi all 
Downloaded no instructions or information but looked simple enough put in my hub details just kept saying error so that’s why the one star

After setting up ip address, user name and password - there is a long pause then nothing but message ‘ip or network error’ tried several times. Other apps I tried work ok.

So I entered my router info to use the app and then it said error account suspended contact local server host or something idk maybe I did something wrong but either way seemed like a legit app didn't get to try it out though Haha!!!
