### 3/5 — 17+

*2026-05-27, version 1.11.2*

Why is this app rated 17+? What content is there that warrants that. My daughter’s physio uses this app and I’d like to download to her phone but she is 13 and her content restrictions prohibit that. Just wondering why the age is set so high

### 3/5 — App refreshes while timer is on

*2026-03-05, version 1.11.2*

It’s a great app to use for physical therapy but every time I use the timer feature the app refreshes on its own despite background app refresh being off

### 4/5 — APPLICATION NULLE

*2026-02-15, version 1.11.2*

L’impossible d’avoir mes exercices dessus !!!

### 2/5 — Mise à jour

*2025-11-27, version 1.11.2*

### 3/5 — Feels unfinished and unsafe

*2025-02-12, version 1.11.2*

Until recently you could login with just an email address. I get that plans aren’t exactly medical notes or anything but it makes the app feel a bit unsafe. Now it needs a password but never remembers you even when you tick to remember.

It gives the impression of an unfinished or rushed project unfortunately.

### 3/5 — Problems logging in

*2025-01-23, version 1.11.2*

My PT has me able to log in with an ID only. Now the site won’t let me in without a password. Not only that but tonight it just buffers and won’t come up.

### 2/5 — It’s got potential but…

*2024-12-15, version 1.11.2*

Not much functionality, features to improve it could include: Face recognition login, Tracking and recording, Ability to see the videos while the timer is running on the screen, audible prompts at 30s intervals while timer is running. Notifications to prompt to do the exercise.

### 2/5 — login in terrible

*2024-11-23, version 1.11.2*

Requiring users to manually login every time the app is launched makes me not want to use it.

Other aspects of app are okay.

### 2/5 — Ok but poor login experience

*2024-10-09, version 1.11.2*

Works fine but logging in every session, as others have said, is infuriating. Auto populate does not work for me. There are no regs that justify this, given the platform, the data being captured and the use case.

Some very arrogant developer comments too. Poor UX just discourages adoption and/or forces people to use other, less secure approaches.

### 2/5 — Should be awesome but...

*2024-09-17, version 1.11.2*

Super annoying tech issues - keeps coming up with Service Error. Website somewhat more reliable but still patchy. Concept is awesome when it's working but frustrating when not.

### 1/5 — A lot to like, a lot to fix

*2024-09-17, version 1.11.2*

I generally like the functionality of Wibbi. However - between a login link that doesn’t work (I have to hold the link until a dropdown menu appears, select ‘open link’ and Wibbi opens in my browser.)
That would be fine, except, once I get past that, I’m faced with a repeating server error, ‘An unhandled error occured’ (sic).
Gotta get my exercise, so I’m going to delete and reload the app. But to be honest, at this stage, those errors should all be in an app’s past.

### 1/5 — Why is this 17+

*2024-06-10, version 1.11.2*

My son age 12 is having physio after an injury and his exercises are all being put on here. He can’t access it which is ridiculous.

### 1/5 — “Remember me”

*2024-06-08, version 1.11.2*

In apps, there are few things worse than a “remember me” feature that doesn’t actually remember your login. I signed in yesterday (and checked the remember me checkbox) and already it’s asking me to re-enter my username and password. This has happened multiple times and it’s a flow killer when you just want to get in and get your exercises done, and you need to do this every day.

Fix this and allow us to save our sessions indefinitely, and I’ll update my rating.

### 3/5 — Great tool but logs you out after every use

*2024-05-23, version 1.11.2*

Great for what it is but Logs me out every single time and I use this daily, frustrating

### 2/5 — Latest Version, Still keeps losing log in details

*2024-05-21, version 1.11.2*

Keeping up with Physiotherapy is difficult enough to motivate yourself with but this actively makes it more difficult.

Despite saving my login in my keychain and ticking the “remember me” check box it’s constantly “forgetting” the login details.
I enter the username and password and press log in and then it hangs on a blank screen. This can be passed by swiping up to close the program then reopening.
Now it only asks for a username then logs me in.

I follow my program; I have to do it twice a day but it’s not clear if it’s registered that I’ve done it twice so my Physio won’t be able to see that.

The buttons are small and fiddly and easy to miss or get wrong.

I can run the timer But annoyingly not even this will keep the phone “awake” and it will go into sleep/lock mode if I don’t keep touching the screen to keep it “awake”, which is quite vexing during a physio session when you’re trying to concentrate on form.

It’s a basically good concept but the fundamentals just don’t work well enough - if this wasn’t mandatory for me to convince the physios I’d actually followed the program for the prescribed amount of time I absolutely wouldn’t bother.

### 1/5 — Log out midsession is a total pain

*2024-05-18, version 1.11.2*

Like others have said login is a ball ache. It doesn’t allow password to save to apple passwords? It logs you out mid session. It gets stuck logging back in. Takes more time to get into or back into it than doing my exercises. They really need to fix the UX. Also wish the large play button would go away more quickly on videos.

### 3/5 — Avertissement de mise à jour trop long, impossible accéder à l’app

*2024-05-07, version 1.11.2*

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Bad user experience

*2026-02-22, version 1.11.2*

Everytime i open i need to log in. It logs me in with just email, without even password

### 1/5 — It’s French!

*2025-03-27, version 1.11.2*

I can’t read it to change the language. So frustrating

### 1/5 — Unusable

*2025-01-28, version 1.11.2*

Opens to white screen. Can’t even log in. If I delete I use all my physio records. Log in still odd and awkward. (When you even get to that page)

### 1/5 — Shockingly Bad

*2025-01-23, version 1.11.2*

It’s really hard work to use this app. While the content may be OK its lack of user friendliness is a real barrier to use. Log in is not reliable, I’ve stopped using the timer as it seemed to freeze and the lack of ability to reorder the exercises (by the user) means that you can’t create a ‘flow’ and have to jump around the exercise listing. Surely it should be easy to create something more user focused and friendly.

### 1/5 — 90s functionality

*2025-01-11, version 1.11.2*

What a poor implementation of an app. Basic functionality like something out of the 90s. Constantly crashing and can’t even keep your login details in. No Face ID.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t remember login id and password

*2024-12-04, version 1.11.2*

The app is better if it remembers your credentials when opening the app. Its very slow too.

### 1/5 — Login on every use

*2024-11-05, version 1.11.2*

Ridiculous that the app requires a login on every use. So silly.

### 1/5 — Poor experience to get started

*2024-10-28, version 1.11.2*

Some very basic errors with this app

1. There is no app title visible when initially launching. The app just asks for login information without stating the site/app name
2. After a few hours login details are forgotten and the app then goes back either to the login/password page or the very first page promoting for user name or access code.
3. Even when logged in the site offers nothing that isn’t visible in the browser in fact it’s less functional
4. Font sizes etc cannot be modified. Needed for accessibility

All in the perception is of a very lazy attempt at a basic app shim which just launches a website and instead of making the experience better, makes it worse.

Extremely poor and disappointing

### 1/5 — Need to login everytime

*2024-10-15, version 1.11.2*

Remember me option does nothing. Need to manually enter username and password everytime.

### 1/5 — Bof!

*2024-09-25, version 1.11.2*

Fonctionne une fois sur deux, au mieux.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — New App had notable improvements.

*2025-12-18, version 1.11.2*

The new app saves my username, will auto-load passwords from my keychain, and allows my to take my exercises and education documents from my PT with me.

It’s a notable improvement from the previous versions!

### 5/5 — Great Overall

*2025-01-28, version 1.11.2*

Very pleased with this app and my PT letting me use it rather than printing me out exercises or me trying to remember them all. Easy to use. Track. And see everything they send to me to do. Not sure why others are rating so low.

### 5/5 — No issues

*2024-10-01*

I’ve had no issues with the current set up and enjoy that I can get my exercises through my PT on an app rather than printed out or trying to go through my email to find it. Very useful and user friendly!

### 5/5 — Love it again.

*2024-02-28, version 1.11.2*

Thanks for fixing the sign in glitch I was experiencing. Since updating the app, I love it again

### 5/5 — User friendly

*2023-12-24, version 1.9.6*

Great app and user friendly

### 5/5 — Log On can be a struggle

*2023-08-03, version 1.9.6*

The issue below has been corrected so I am happy to change my rating from 3 stars to 5. I really like having my program so easily accessible.

Previous Comments: Many times I can’t get on the app because the password box moves to the bottom right of the screen and won’t allow anything to be inputted. It would also be nice if it would save your username and password. I like the concept of the app for providing me with my program and visuals to help me remember what I am supposed to be doing.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2022-04-07, version 1.8.2*

Easy to user, everything in one click, love it!

### 5/5 — Good content

*2022-03-29, version 1.8.2*

High quality videos and images, well done descriptions and easy to use

### 5/5 — Good

*2021-02-09, version 1.8*

Good

### 5/5 — New easy login update great!

*2020-04-02, version 1.7.1*

Love that you can log in now and it remember your password.

Very intuitive design for providing high quality exercise programs with tracking capabilities!
