Ahora le han añadido lo de las placas solares, como si todos tuviéramos placas solares. La idea original de esto era controlar y optimizar el consumo, y después de tantas actualizaciones lo han reducido a una parodia. De las gráficas y letras amarillas sobre blanco/negro hablamos otro día. Seguimos con la mala gestión del token de autenticación, sin política de auto-refresh ni nada, simplemente fuera sessión cuando expira… 👎🏽 La app híbrida se comporta mal, los layouts no se dimensión bien, se cortan los textos… UPDATE (20/10/22) El servicio de soporte no responde a mis correos. El dispositivo box presenta muchos problemas para seguir con el asistente de configuracion y no muestra el flujo, quedandose eternamente en “obteniendo datos”. He probado a desconectar el dispositivo de la corriente un buen rato y tambien a hacer un reset con el boton y nada. Muy descontento con el producto, la empresa que lo ha diseñado y el servicio que hay detrás. UPDATE (13/10/25) El cambio a versión híbrida definitivamente ha sido un desastre. La app es lenta y pesada, muy mal diseño y falta total de UX y QA en el proceso. Se ha querido ahorrar en costes y se ha traducido en desarrollar un muy mal producto. Ya estoy usando otros proveedores de análisis de consumo. ### 1/5 — Imposible conectar *2025-09-02, version 3.2* Imposible conectar la cuenta, he restablecido contraseña 500 veces y no hay manera…🤬 ### 1/5 — Lecturas falsas *2024-12-16, version 2.2* Le doy una porque menos no se puede, se corta muchisimo y un lío para volver a conectar además fallo en los cálculos, la tenía y me las tuve que quitar, era todo una peleona y cálculos mal hechos ### 2/5 — Pérdida de datos *2024-12-12, version 2.2* En versiones anteriores se podía ver el consumo de la casa, el consumo demandado de la red y la producción de las placas solares. Ahora solo se ve el consumo de cada circuito y fallando, no da correctamente la dirección de la corriente (siempre da los datos en positivo). En la pestaña de “Medidas” siempre da la medición de potencia activa. Aunque marques otra medición como “energía activa”, solo la muestra puntualmente.
