He descargado la aplicación y después de unos minutos perdiendo los nervios he decidido llevarme una bici. No he probado una app de carsharing tan mala jamás. Experiencia de usuario no contemplada, funcionalidades desagradables y por debajo del mínimo aceptable, complejo de usar. Una lástima que no se destine una partida mínima a desarrollar lo que es una app fácil y sencilla. Solo piden información, enviar notificaciones y acceder a tu ubicación. Donde ha quedado el amor por desarrollar un buen producto y no por cotillear a los usuarios? Si no hay que restablecer la contraseña, hay que resubir una foto del dni, o del carnet, o un selfie. Y luego la cámara no funciona y no te detecta la cara. Pueden hacer una cosa bien?
