### 2/5 — This app is pretty terrible

To start, only one person can be a chat moderator. And only the moderator can add or remove people from a group. 

The app will randomly log you out and you won’t get notifications. The app will also only push notifications if you have really strong service. I’ve gotten 20 notifications pushed to me that were 3 days old once. 

Pictures load slow and you can only send one at a time. Overall the app is garbage.

Password reset is glitchy and in reliable. The app will lock you out for not reason. Re-login verification only works 25% of the time. NOT DEPENDABLE. 
Support is very good but having to constantly contact them is ridiculous.

App constantly crashes when going into channels. Attempted reinstall but the desktop version won’t read the QR code for authentication/approval. Additionally, the desktop application crashes every time I screen share or someone screen shares with me. All around just a poor application and I hate that my work has forced this on us.

Been using wickr pro with my company for about 6 months now. The tool has greatly streamlined our communications during the COVID work from home ordeal. The security is clearly well thought out and the interface is much improved from years ago. Looking forward to new features coming down the path. 

Suggestion: maybe have a forum where users can submit new feature requests for all of the wickr products.
