The iphone locates the aid when doing the above but no sound comes through When activating the app it no longer holds the selection I need to reset the app every time I use it I called and support did not help just said to do things that I normally do such as pairing deleting the app and restoring. No help All just since I updated ### 4/5 — EVOKE and IOS 15.5 *2022-07-12, version 1.5.2* I’ve been pleased with EVOKE for 22 month however since I upgraded my IPAD 8th gen to IOS 15.5 I’ve had repeated problems connecting to my aids. IOS Control Panel says connected but Evoke App says No Hearing Aids Connected. I should add I’ve used my aids with both my IPAD and my iPhone 8 and they have switched between devices easily in the past. Now I have to reboot my iPad every time I go from iPhone to iPad. I bought these hearing aids at the end of 2019. At that time these hearing aids were 6000 dollars. Shortly after getting these your app stayed down from 2019-2023!!!! and didn’t update till a few months ago! People need access to this as it is a medical device to assist them daily. I had tried to reach out through developer side, tried searching for a customer number. To which no one ever got back to me. I even asked my audiologist to give me the number to contact them. Now that your app is running again. Nothing works. The setting to customize your setting does not work. You put volume at a different volume level. But as soon as you leave the app it. Goes back to the regular setting. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times, but to no avail. If I delete the app, it’ll delete all of my settings I have saved. Are there any other fixes for this? Please help! Thank you! I am absolutely astounded at how much better they sound. It's like going into test headphones and listening to the $99 pair than listening to the $300 pair. The Quattro were tinny and harsh. It sounded like I was wearing a high frequency amplifier in my ears And Music was unlistenable in terms of streaming. I'm a musician and the Widex sound like "in ear monitors". It's like wearing a really sweet set of earbuds. For normal listening they're really transparent. I don't "hear" them working like I did with the Resound. Plus the software for the rezound didn't work for people who upgraded to the latest iOS on their iPhone. The Widex software works phenomenally. The coolest thing in there is the directionality feature. It's like choosing between microphone patterns in the studio. Plus they fit better- more snug. I'm down with Widex!!! Love em. Update 1 year later. Generally I still really like these hearing aids. However they seem to be distorting more with music than they did in the beginning. I think I would've noticed if they were sistorting before. I got online and it said hearing aids aren't made for Music specifically in so there are some differences because they're optimized for hearing. I understand that but there's a lot of distortion in the low end. I wasreading about the Dream model from Widex and I'm wondering if I can upgrade without having to buy from scratch. but overall they changed my life.
