Il faut déconnecter les prothèses pour ne plus avoir des perturbations. Quand une mise à jour ? ### 3/5 — Almost great control but.... *2026-07-22* I appreciate the control the app provides allowing for fine tuning to match different environments. But I have one major complaint regarding media streaming. When streaming media, the app defaults to "Speach Streaming" even if the streaming media is music. If, when streaming music, you switch to the app's "Music Streaming" setting, the sound toggles back and forth between the aids making listening to music impossible. I'd love to have this fixed as the sound quality of the Music Streaming setting is dramatically better. Surely this can be fixed with a new update...please. Without a fix, the aids are an inferior product. I paid extra for a quality hearing aid and am not currently getting my money's worth. ### 2/5 — Unexpected Streaming Failure *2026-07-18, version 1.9.0* I have had Widex Moment aids for six months and used the Moment app with great success. Yesterday the streaming feature failed. It starts streaming and plays for a fraction of a second, then quits, across all streaming inputs (apps). I have unpaired and repaired, shutting down the phone, and restarting the hearing aids. No recent phone updates. Using iPhone 17, iOS 26.5.2 What is the solution? ### 2/5 — Desempenho péssimo *2026-05-11, version 1.9.0* Está cada dia pior pra conectar meu aparelho ao iPhone, e desconecta com mais facilidade tbm. Then I have no way to access the regular controls. It connects. It works. BUT … too much wasted space. The controls are scattered among TOO MANY SCREENS. When I need to make adjustments it’s usually when I’m in a crowd and I’m fiddling, fiddling FOREVER to access the controls I need. I’m not blind, I just can’t hear. I don’t need to see beautiful backgrounds, I need to have ALL the controls on ONE screen. Use vertical sliders or vertical scroll wheels. ALL ON ONE SCREEN! And add some code to the app to ALLOW PRESETS for SOUND ASSIST!!! Inexcusable! Fiddling, fiddling, fiddling! Looking at my phone screen when I should be tuned into the conversation around me. Makes me look like an idiot. I already feel like one because I can’t hear. ### 2/5 — Beaucoup de coupures *2026-03-31* Sur iPhone les prothèses se coupent en permanence avec les notifications, certaines appliques comme Vinted provoquent des horribles bop très forts des qu’on l’ouvre. Certains jeux que l’on fait parfois en regardant la TV, baisse le son que l’on entend des autres ou de la TV. Les sons dans la rue sont très forts et couvrent largement les conversations idem pour les bruits dans les restaurants qui s’entendent très forts, le filtrage n’est vraiment pas au point. ### 3/5 — Widex TV Play *2026-03-18, version 1.9.0* The TV Play device no longer shows up as an option on the Moment app. Is the device still functional with this app? ### 3/5 — App lack of control *2026-03-14, version 1.9.0* App takes over and puts me to streaming music or voice incorrectly and I can’t return the app to standard setting even deleting from iphone17 and reinstalling, which used to work on android. No longer appears under Moment. Instead the Widex icon appears under an app listed as PA. Makes it difficult to find quickly when I want to adjust my hearing aids using my watch. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Connectivity Issues *2026-07-28, version 1.9.0* Love the app, except, and it’s a massive except. In use, the app will randomly disconnect and go through my iPad. Turning off the phone and iPad does not reset it. The only way to return to my iPhone outside of hours of waiting, is to take off my hearing aids and putting them back in the charger and then putting them back in. Of course it happens again, and again, and again - several times in a day. I deleted the app from iPad losing all my settings and data on my phone. This was a two day solution and the problem returned. The app is not on my iPad now. I have 8 programs three of them are for tinnitus relaxation. I would love to move them just after the UNIVERSAL program. I would guess 3k or so. The Moment app only has a 3-band equalizer. If I had a 10-band, or a 20-band eq, I could isolate the offending frequency and leave everything else alone. As it is, I just have to turn down the whole top-end, and then I lose female voices. Update: 2/2025. Elles fonctionnent parfaitement et me facilitent la vie dans mes tâches de tous les jours. J’utilise également beaucoup la fonction streaming depuis mon iPad Air 5 et mon iPhone SE.
