Cellular counter appears to be consistent when verified from my phone bill usage report. Like first it was around 100 Mb for the whole day, then + 2Gb, in a couple of seconds 4gb already, now (in 2 minutes) it's 11Gb. The app says that the device was rebooted, it's not true, it wasn't.
